I stayed once before and would recommend it. Staff were outstandingly accommodating and amicable, had an excellent stay on a business trip. I had early check-in. The bedroom I slept in was spacious. The bathroom with a bathtub was a bonus.

Enjoyable base for xmas. Helpful staff, new-fashioned and well-equipped room. Street view from the windows. Amazing location near the town centre, good value. Nice surrounding, very close to other 3 * establishment in town such as Jurys Inn, easy access to the university and a quiet area.

The apartments are spacious and bright, offering a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. I loved having a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, making it convenient for longer stays. The views over the city from the apartment were absolutely breathtaking. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay.
Personally, I would have preferred a bathtub instead of just a walk-in shower.

We had a fantastic stay at Silversprings. The location was perfect, right in the city center with restaurants and pubs on our doorstep. The apartment felt like a home away from home, and Juliett and her team were extremely helpful and provided us with all the information we needed for a quick and easy check-in. The customer service was exceptional, with early access and a later checkout. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The little touches, like chocolate biscuits and orange juice, made us feel cared for. We will definitely be back!
Can just recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the lively Gandy Street and the impressive Exeter Cathedral. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had high ceilings, making it feel elegant.
Oh, and let's not forget the joy of finding parking for larger vehicles in the rear at night. What a delightful challenge!
